 SUGGESTED USE
Combine 3 tbsp of base with 4 cups of boiling water, stirring. Simmer 1 minute to bring out the flavor to its fullest. Prepares 4 cups (1 L) of broth. Blend additional ingredients such as vegetables, meat, cooked rice, noodles or barley to make a hearty soup and simmer until tender.
 NOTES
Dry mix may be used to fortify the flavor and color of homemade soups and becomes a delicious seasoning when sprinkled over vegetables and rice during cooking.
