The pay plan is a matrix working in multiples of 5 through 7 levels paying 9 % on each level
You can only have 5 people on your first level
Each of those 5 can only have 5 - so your second level has 5*5 = 25
Then, each of those 25 has 5 positions
So your 3rd level has 5*25 = 125 on it.
Because there are 7 levels
The number of possible positions looks like this.
Now if you had to fill all of those positions it would be a bit overwhelming!
But you don't - nothing like it in fact.
Assume that in month 1 there is just you, looking for someone who would like to earn a bit of money. You find your person, so in the second month there are 2 of you - each looking for 1 person. As you begin month 3 there will be 4 of you - still looking for 1 person each.
Over 12 months the number in your team will look like this.
So by the end of the year you would be working on the 5th level of the matrix! but you only had to find 12 of those 2,048
So how does that work out in terms of money?
Let's assume that everyone in the matrix is ordering the minimum, in which case your commission of 9% on every person below you would work out at about $2.70 per person (at current exchange rates)
So the potential monthly earning capacity of your group would look like this.
Or to be precise, with 2,048 people in your matrix you could be earning 2,048 x $2.70, which works out at $5529.60 a month.
And remember - how many of those 2,048 people did you have to find ?
That's right!!! You only had to find 12 of them.
Now it's important to realise that for these figures to work, everyone in the group must be committed to finding just one other person per month. But you can try other combinations for yourself. If you only find one person every two months - it will certainly slow down your groups growth, but in two years you would arrive at the same place.
In other words, it may take time, but eventually, you should be picking up a very comfortable cheque.
And if you are serious about this, you may well be enrolling far more than one person a month.
Many new people are enrolling eight or more in the first couple of months; some are even doing it in the first month.
There are also several bonuses that you can earn on as well:
Personal Enrollers Initial Rebate = 35 %
Personal volume rebate = 10 - 30 %
Enrollers Performance Rebate = 10 %
Monthly Home Bonus from $200 - $1000
One Time Pinnacle Bonus's from $250 - $100,000
So your income is really only restricted to how much effort you want to put into your business.
